Labor & Delivery
Having a baby is one of the most exciting and rewarding times in a woman's life, and the Women and Family Center at Bravera Health Seven Rivers is dedicated to providing expectant mothers and newborns with the finest care during this special time. Our maternity services are provided by obstetricians, labor and delivery specialists, nurses and other caring professionals in a welcoming, comfortable environment.
You'll find a range of care from prenatal to post-partum. Our care extends beyond delivery, with a variety of educational resources for new parents.
Support Services and Education
Our staff at the Women and Family Center delivers free childbirth virtual education in a safe environment and easily accessible platform, Google Meet. Topics of the classes are labor and delivery, breastfeeding basics, baby care and safety and postpartum. You can register to receive this education from the comfort of your home.
Prenatal Care
Bravera Health Seven Rivers' care begins in the earliest stages of pregnancy, with prenatal checkups and services tailored to your specific needs. You'll learn about proper nutrition and work with your obstetrician to develop a birth plan, choose a pediatrician and get properly prepared.
Labor and Delivery
Our delivery rooms provide everything doctors, nurses and other maternal specialists need to provide you with excellent care. Experienced labor and delivery staff utilize advanced medical technology, and manage C-section (cesarean) births and other surgical procedures.
The family-centered unit offers private room care in a soothing, comfortable setting. Our all-inclusive labor/delivery/recovery/post-partum (LDRP) suites allow you stay in one room through the delivery and birth of your child. In most stays, there is no moving from one place to another. Once that bundle of joy is here, your baby gets to stay in the room with you. If you do need some time to yourself, our staff will watch and care for your new little one.
The Center features:
